Discover the Real Work of Relationships

We all know that relationships take work,

but few of us know what that work is.

This is your opportunity to learn how to do it.

Our Relationship Skills Bootcamp attendees will learn

the minute-to-minute practice to:

Shift out of the automatic, raw, knee-jerk reactions that make conflicts impossible to navigate.

Recognize why our attempts to connect and communicate with the people we love often drive us further apart.

Learn how to maintain the healthy self-esteem needed to develop boundaries and set the limits that allow us to be protected and connected in our relationships.

Learn how to respond respectfully and lovingly, share their feelings, and advocate for their wants and needs.

Develop strategies for cherishing and appreciating the people they love.
